Arrive an hour before or as per the doctor’s instructions for your scheduled surgery. While you're being prepped by the medical team, your family member will complete the admission paperwork.
You must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+ years) who will:
Stay at the center during your procedure
Remain with you for 24 hours post-surgery
Drive you home
